Beginning of the NFL season I announced several head coaches who I thought should be fired during or after this NFL season I went back and found the names and here they are.
Eric Mangini
Tom Cable
Norv Turner
Marvin Lewis
Jack Del Rio
Jeff Fisher
Wade Phillips
Tom Coughlin
Andy Reid
Brad Childress
John Fox
Everyone in red has been fired. Here are a few of the ones I got wrong. Coughlin and Reid actually had good years this year. Coughlin cant take all the blame for the Giants falling apart in the end and he cant be blamed for Eli's turnover problems. Reid had his butt saved because of the switch over to Vick in week 2. The defense of the team has taken a big blow but I do see them getting that swagger back. Besides them here are the rest of this list. Marvin Lewis SHOULD be fired. This team has had two good years.. both those years in the playoffs they were one and done. He will be getting more control over the team so lets see how he does. Jack Del Rio is a joke of a coach. His team had the AFC South locked and they ended up fully missing the playoffs. He hasnt done much since becoming coach and he needs to go. Norv Turner is just a weird case. His teams always do great in the season and then come crunch time AKA the playoffs they crumble. This year they got off to a slow start and they couldnt recover.

Matt Dodge??
This whole NFL season I have constantly heard all negative comments about the Giants kicker Matt Dodge. He cant get hang time... he cant do directionals... he whiffs on kicks. Well he is a rookie and maybe people have too much on him. Today he was BLAMED for the Giants loss. I personally watched the game and yeah that punt should of went out of bounds away from Jackson and that play shouldn't have happened. This loss wasnt just because of him it should be on Tom Coughlin. The Eagles were down 21 points in the second half and the Giants could have killed the momentum. Manningham had a fumble on the sideline and the Eagles recovered. The scored on that following drive to cut it to 14 points. Watching this game I was saying they will kick an on side kick to get it back to score again. My father ALSO said the same thing and the Eagles did kick an onside. The Giants did not see that happening and had out the normal kick off team. This was the turning point They went down and scored again and ended up tying the game. The Giants got the game clock down to 13 seconds and the punt happened and the return happened. Now if Dodge got it out of bounds or did something different sure the Giants may have won this game. Sure he will probably be fired due to the fact this is not the first time he did something like this. Coughlin should be on the hot seat for letting a 21 point lead fade away from you.

Brian Schottenheimer is a BUM!!!
Brian Schottenheimer is such a bad piece to the Jets puzzle. He was picked up originally by the Jets in 2006 by then coach Eric Mangini. He was known for creative plays and was highly regarded as a future head coach. The last two years though he has slowed this teams potential in my opinion. Just in todays game against the Dolphins his play calling was so inept that it made Madden play calling look amazing. There was a play on a 4th and 2 and he ran a wildcat run up the middle??? It would have work had the Fins not put 9 guys in the box to stop Greene from running. He doesnt change anything up ever and when he calls plays they are so predictable. God forbid if he changed something up on the opposing team to confuse them. What is it with this no passing crap??? The team has Braylon Edwards and Santonio Holmes and they never seem to get the ball. Throw the ball more you pathetic waste of space. He is the son of Marty Schottenheimer and he too was fired from his job. Martys younger brother was also fired from the Packers because he had a terrible year. If the Jets got rid of this fool and put someone good in this team would be Super Bowl ready... FIRE SCHOTTENHEIMER!!!!

Brady is WHIPPED!!
We all know all the big time moments Brady has had. Three SuperBowl game winning drives, 50 touchdown passes in a single season and an MVP trophy. Since that 2007 SuperBowl though the Pats have not been that same team. Many say it is because of Randy Moss being on the team. In the sports world people get that when Moss is upset he wont play. Thats why Moss has been on 3 different teams this season. This season though we have seen a much different Tom Brady. He has all of a sudden gotten this swagger to him like he owns the NFL. He has recently been married to his supermodel girlfriend and they have a child together. This season he has looked more and more like a stylish Geico caveman. He has the long hair and the scruff look going while wearing expensive cloths. He said in an interview he is letting his hair grow because his wife likes it. Which is all well and fine but to say you wont cut it because of her? If you just came out and said I like it this way and I want to do it no one would be on you. Now he is becoming a spokeperson for Uggs shoes. I'm sorry but I think the whip has come out and he is being dragged around but his wife.

Cortland Finnegan is a punk
In case you don't have a clue as to who I am talking about. He is a cornerback on the Tennessee Titans. He is known to be antagonistic to other wide receivers. Today he was going against Andre Johnson in a game against the Texans. On a play he got his fist on Johnson's neck and face mask and the two started to go at it. They each pulled each others helmets off and Johnson EVENTUALLY got in two good right hooks. Both players are going to be fined and possible suspensions will be coming down. Here is the video clip of the fight please watch the whole video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IyQmc3xdik. The Titans have been for some time now called a dirty team. The defense has been under a lot of scrutiny from other teams. Several years ago Albert Haynesworth stomped on a guy and gave him stitches. This team has said they are only tough and play hard yet all of these issues come up. Jeff Fischer has been under a lot of stress due to the Vince Young issue and now this happens. When he was coming off the field he was smiling and waving to opposing players. He should be suspended for instigating this whole problem. Fischer should be fired and a new coach should come in and make all this go away. You can play tough but don't play dirty.

Mid Season review
The NFL season is now at its half way point and here are my team by team reviews.
AFC East
Jets: An ugly loss this past weekend from an inept offense that did nothing right. They have two away games against pretty weak teams. The team SHOULD do good.
Patriots: Of course they will do good because that has been what they ALWAYS do. Getting rid of Moss was the best choice for them. They can spread the field and not have to worry about making him happy.
Dolphins: 4-0 this year on the road while 0-3 at home. They have gotten away with some wins of the road it wont continue.
Bills: The season high point was picking up Lights Out Shawn Merriman.
AFC North:
Steelers: After a shocking start at 3-1 they are still looking good. What did you expect against the defending champs on Halloween? I plan on getting a Polamalu jersey this season
Ravens: An over rated team that gets over looked because of the defense. Flacco cant throw the ball and no one is coming down on this team.
Bengals: They got TO to play along side Ocho and TO is the main guy on the team? They dont have a defense and they have no control.
Browns: I have nothing here
AFC South
Colts: Got back on track by beating the Texans. I honestly think Manning could make high school kids superstars. Can he ever do anything wrong?
Texans: I picked them to do well this year and I will stick to that. They are never consistant though and that worries me.
Titans: Solid defense that will annoy you and a decent offense. Picking up Moss will help open that up for them.
Jaguars: They havent been good in year. That is going to continue.
AFC West:
Chiefs: Wait what the Chiefs have a decent team now? Solid offense that can get it done like the old Patriots and a good defense will help that.
Raiders: Wait what?!?! They became relevant? Oh wait everyone is on that bandwagon because they beat sub par teams thats right. Let me see them beat teams that are good and then we can talk.
Chargers: This team needs depth and they arent getting it. Never consistant enough and Norv Turner is in no way a head coach.
Denver: I had high hopes for this team but im glad to see Tebow on a bad team now. I cant begin to tell you what is going on with this team. It isnt working though.
NFC East:
Giants: Im sorry but I still havent bought into this team. They havent beaten any team that is good. They have looked good and all that. It was against inept teams. Lets see how they finish the year. Smooth sailing from here on out.
Washington: At .500 they have some issues. Mcnabb was pulled in the 4th for Grossman? I dont get the decision here. They need to get some receivers for him to throw to.
Philadelphia: Kolb has finally come around and they look good. Just wait for Vick to return and this team will be dangerous and could contend with the Gmen.
Dallas: This makes me happy to see them do terrible. No discipline what so ever and they have zero control of themselves. Kitna is not the answer neither is Phillips.
NFC North:
Green Bay: Two wins in a row and they sit on top of the division. They need to get Rodgers some time and he will be sick. I love there LB Matthews he is nasty... except when he hits Sanchez.
Chicago: I was never sold on them but they came out very strong but against bad teams. Teams now see that they have to beat up Cutler and they win. Hey Martz this isnt the 90's anymore and your QB doesnt have 7 seconds to wait to throw.
Minnesota. Farve is getting too old to play and cant do it anymore. Childress has ZERO control of this team. The players are running the team not him.
Detriot: Its bad that the Lions and Vikings are tied for worse in the division. A few missed plays/bad calls and they could be around .500 this season. A deadly deadly team with some talent.
NFC South:
Tampa Bay: Bucs have a punk kid at QB and everyone thinks they are the pride of the South. Well maybe if they beat some good I would believe it. Beat someone of worth and then talk to me.
Atlanta: The head coach is alot of fun to watch he is a players coach. I like Matt Ryan and this team has come around. White is a great wide out and plays his butt off
New Orleans: They have lost something since last year. They dont have a run game because both backs are out. Maybe when they come back the old Saints will be back... WHO DAT!
Carolina: The QB spin wheel continues week in and out. They have nothing to go with and they never have consistancy.
NFC West:
Seattle: Wow a surprise team with a decent core of guys. I dont like Hassleback due to the fact he complained about the refs in the SB.
St. Louis: Bradford has shocked me for how good he has done. I like him and what he has done to reenergize this team.
Arizona: The QB carousel needs to stop and leave one guy so the guys can get around one guy. How far they have dropped because Warner left.
San Francisco: I cant even begin to say how shocked I am with this. I thought they would be the best team in the division.

ALCS Yankees Problems
Well I was once again CORRECT on a teams problems and called it out before they were shown. The Yankees major problem was in fact there pitching. AJ Burnett was not the same guy as he was in the postseason last year. They LIMPED into the playoffs this year and got it easy in the first round. Look at who they got for the LDS it was again the Twins. The Twins are so over rated. The division is so weak its pathetic. So the Yankees three starters all had it easy because the Twins have such an over rated line up they cruised through that. The Rangers on the other hand had a deep deep line up They also have the Yankee killer on the team... Cliff Lee? 13 strike outs against a powerful team. The rotation was horrible this postseason. Lets try and play Burnett who lost 15 games during the year as the 4th starter. He went 6 innings gave up 6 hits which isn't all that bad... GAVE UP FIVE (5) RUNS!!! Pathetic waste of space on the team and shouldn't have been on the roster as a starter. Instead at the trade deadline you couldn't figure out who to get rid of??? GET RID OF BURNETT AND VASQUEZ!!! Don't get me going on him because he was another waste this year. The team couldn't hit all series long EXCEPT for Game 5. They looked pathetic and they should be embarrassed to be called the defending champions by the play they had.
